  • Submit Your Application

    Fill out the form on Big Ideas Provider’s landing page to begin your registration.

  • Receive Your Offer Letter

    You will receive an official offer letter and invoice from Big Ideas Provider.

Note: This invoice is needed for your Yayasan Peneraju financing application.

STEP 2 - Apply via Yayasan Peneraju

  • Create an Account

    Go to www.peneraju.org → Register → Verify your email.

  • Log In and Start Your Application

    Click on the Services tab → Select Apply Financing.

  • Choose Your Training Package

    Select your programme and complete the required fields.

    Note:

    Refer to the offer letter provided by Big Ideas for accurate details.

  • Prepare All the Mandatory Documents

    Mandatory CTC Documents:

    1. NRIC (front and back)
    2. Birth certificate
    3. Bank statement

    Optional CTC Documents:

    1. Latest payslip
    2. SPM slip or equivalent
    3. Academic transcript

  • Fill in the Application Form & Upload Documents

    Continue completing the form and upload the required Certified True Copy (CTC) documents.

  • Submit and Track Your Application

    1. Once submitted, you’ll be notified of the result via email.
    2. If rejected, the reason will be provided. You may log in, make corrections, and resubmit.
    3. Once approved, please return to Big Ideas and request an invoice in order to process your claim.

    Note:

    For post-SPM applicants, uploading a Certified True Copy of your SPM slip is mandatory.

No. There is zero upfront payment. You only settle the fee after Yayasan Peneraju has approved and disbursed the funds to you.

Yes, the programme is open to both working professionals and fresh graduates as long as you are a Malaysian Bumiputera.

Yes, you must be aged 16 years and above at the time of application to qualify for the Yayasan Peneraju Financing Scheme for Bumiputera.

We will reserve your seat in the next available cohort at no extra cost, subject to Yayasan Peneraju approval.

2. Financing & Disbursement

Usually within 14 working days after you submit all correct documents.

The approved amount is transferred directly to your personal bank account. You then settle with Big Ideas Provider.

  • Disbursement (Advance) → You receive the funds first, then pay Big Ideas Provider and start class immediately.
  • Reimbursement → You pay Big Ideas Provider first, then claim the money back from Yayasan Peneraju.

You will receive the reason via email (often due to incomplete documents or not meeting eligibility like Bumiputera status or age 16+). Fix the issue, log in again, and resubmit,  there is no limit on resubmissions.

Each approval is tied to the specific programme (Certified Lead Implementer in Enterprise AI). You may apply again for future programmes, as long as total financing from Yayasan Peneraju does not exceed RM150,000.
